Day 6 did NOT totally suck, although it had its moments. The 5-pound ball juggling sets seemed to help. I recommend this activity for any fellow jesters schooled in th’ ancient juggling arts. (BTW, said disastrous fantasy date with Liv T. is here.) Be well, friends. See you tomorrow! -Jim

Day 5: Get Down and DO It!!
Feeling great after a weekend off! Got to 100 in less sets and much faster. So, it’s exciting to start seeing some progress. I AM still rather sore, though. The soreness just took longer to kick in. So… maybe in another week or so, I won’t feel so sore all the time. It’ll be worth it, I’m sure! Would love to hear from anyone who’s found this viedo blog and who might join in with the challenge!
Take care,
-Jim
Day 4: Get Down and DO It!
Day 4 wasn’t so bad! Could it BE? Could this be getting just a tiny bit easier??? Too early to tell, I think. I was still in a fair amount of pain pretty much of the time. But, as you’ll see, my last set of 20 was really much more powered out than I could have done the first three days. So, I think I actually got a little stronger, even though I’m still sore!
Have a nice weekend everyone! See you Monday for 100 more pushups!

Day 3: Get Down and DO It!
Day 3 was PAINFUL!!!
But, I made it through. Quite unexpectedly, Wendi grabbed the camera and asked me to demonstrate another favorite new exercise I invented — 5-pound ball juggling!
Again, if anyone out there is doing this challenge with me — even if it’s a modified version with some other exercise or some other number of reps, please let me know, as I’d like to create a blogroll or something!
Have a great day, all — and remember to GET DOWN AND DO IT!

Day 2: Get Down and DO It!
Day 2 was TOUGH! I was still very sore from Day 1!!!
